Stuck on the words for your new site?

You promised your web designer the content a while ago, and it's still on your list. It's harder than it looked. Until it's done, your new site can't launch, and customers keep finding the old one.

Most of what your website needs to say, you already tell customers every day. Writerchamp gets it out of a conversation and onto the page.

How it works

  1. We chat for about an hour

On a recorded video call, you answer questions about your business, your customers, and what sets you apart. Send whatever you already have, like an old site, brochures, or reviews. It doesn't need to be organized, and there's no homework.

  2. Writerchamp writes your copy

The Writerchamp team plans the pages your type of business needs and writes each one in your words. AI helps with notes, an outline, and an early draft. A copywriter rewrites every line and signs off on what you see.

  3. You review it online

Your first draft arrives within 5 to 10 business days of the call, depending on the size of your site. You review it and mark what to change.

  4. Your designer gets the finished copy

Once you approve it, the copy goes to you and your designer, organized page by page and ready to build.

Pricing

Every project follows the same process. The price depends on how many pages your site needs.

Small

3 to 5 pages

$1,200

First draft 5 business days after the call

Medium

6 to 10 pages

$2,000

First draft 7 business days after the call

Large

11 to 20 pages

$3,000

First draft 10 business days after the call

Sites over 20 pages are quoted separately.

Every project includes

  • The call and a plan for your pages
  • Copy for every page, with headlines and calls to action
  • Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and local search terms on each page
  • Online review, with up to two rounds of changes
  • Finished copy organized by page and section, ready for your designer

Not included: designing or building the site, loading the copy into it, photos, blog posts, Google Business Profile text, legal pages, and product descriptions for online stores.

A page is up to about 600 words. A longer page counts as two.

Half the price is due before the call, and the rest when you approve the copy. If you're still not happy after two rounds of changes, we'll rewrite it once from the original conversation, at no charge.

Writerchamp takes on up to four projects a month. When we're fully booked, you get the earliest available start date.

Who you'll work with

Writerchamp is run by Charles Bohannan, a content strategist who's worked with startups and Fortune 100 companies. He also built WordPress websites for small business clients for about 15 years. Many of these clients were excited about their new site but rarely had the content ready.

One example is Sunny Maui Vacations, a site Charles built and wrote.

For web designers

If a client's website is waiting on content, send them to Writerchamp. They can review the process and prices here, then start a project directly.

  • You get the schedule and the finished copy directly, organized by page and section.
  • Your client stays your client. Writerchamp doesn't sell design or builds, and anyone who needs a site gets sent back to you.
  • You and Writerchamp each bill your own work, with no referral fees.
  • First drafts arrive 5 to 10 business days after the call, so your build isn't left waiting.

FAQ

Do you use AI?

Yes. AI is one of the tools Writerchamp uses, alongside search, your current site, and the materials you send. It turns the call recording into a transcript and notes, helps with research, outlines your pages, and frames an early draft. A copywriter then rewrites and edits every line and signs off before you see anything. Your recording and materials are used only for your project, in tools set so they aren't used to train AI models. The finished copy belongs to you.

What do I need to prepare?

Just an hour for the call. If you have an old site, brochures, reviews, or notes, send them as they are.

What counts as a page?

A page is up to about 600 words, and a longer page counts as two. Home, About, Contact, and each service page usually count as one each.

Will this help me show up on Google?

Every page includes a page title, meta description, headings, and the local search terms people use to find businesses like yours. Rankings aren't guaranteed.

What if I don't like it?

You get up to two rounds of changes. If you're still not happy after that, we'll rewrite it once from the original conversation, at no charge.

Do you build the website?

No, your designer does. Writerchamp writes the words and hands them over ready to use.

How do I pay?

Half before the call, and the rest when you approve the copy. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, or bank transfer.
